DSL offers an unprecedented 5 year warranty on everything it produces, five times that of a traditional manufacturer – we are so confident in our quality and long term reliability.

This extended and free warranty underpins everything we do at DSL – let’s face it without that necessary quality and long term reliability such a guarantee would be a somewhat foolish strategy!

Our return-to-base (RTB) warranty covers any manufacturing defect. On the rare occasion an issue does occur it is dealt with swiftly by our expert RMA team, supported by our in-house electronic design engineering team where necessary. Testing complex electronic platforms, particularly those we didn’t design ourselves, is a vital step to avoiding any DOA situations, so we strongly encourage our clients to arrange suitable test apparatus to allow us to thoroughly test before dispatch – we can also help to design such equipment if this doesn’t exist.

Whilst our warranty naturally doesn’t cover elements like physical damage, regardless we will endeavour to repair in any such circumstances for the lowest cost achievable and work directly with our clients on such issues.

Even after the 5 years, DSL will still support any reported issues, they never turn their back on an issue – no matter how long ago the product was produced.
